Most of the time these were losing power and in every case we tried our prototype induction kit and the car gained power right across the rev range, even compared to all the best \"other\" kits out there. It wasn't until we were happy with the final design that we put the kit into production. The kit includes our high flow air filter with a tapered spun alloy inlet funnel which is covered by a special foam which has a dust catching polymer already applied, giving an almost \"dry to touch\" feel. This foam covers a stainless steel frame which makes up the shape of the filter. Our custom inlet hose is held in place using the brackets and clips supplied. Full fitting instructions are also supplied and the complete installation is a simple DIY job which should not take more than 30 minutes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the rolling road we have seen consistently good gains with the kit fitted to standard cars and even higher gains when fitted to remapped cars and those fitted with cams.
