Experience an impressive increase in performance with our performance intercooler!With dimensions of 580 mm x 150 mm x 135.4 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stepped intercooler core: 14.3 liters), the high-performance core offers a flow area that is 44.3% larger and an impressive core volume , which is 101.4% larger than the original intercooler.
The cast aluminium end boxes were designed using the latest CAD technology and optimised through CFD simulations to ensure optimal internal airflow. The result is outstanding cooling characteristics with minimal back pressure. In addition, the newly developed performance high performance intercooler core allows sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler through a custom air baffle. This kit is perfect for racing and provides optimal cooling of the supercharged air with a significant increase in performance.
The WAGNERTUNING high-performance charge air cooler is equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that provides excellent thermal conductivity and protects the charge air cooler from environmental influences. This ensures a long-lasting and optimal cooling effect. Installation is effortless at the original mounting points and is easy to perform thanks to plug-and-play technology.
