KTR billet keyed crankshaft timing pulley to replace non keyed version fitted as standard on Clio 2RS models and will also suit all Clio 3RS F4R, Megane 2RS and Megane 3RS F4R turbo engines. The keyway on the OEM Renault pulley is cast as a single unit but the KTR crank pulley is machined from billet and features a press fit key steel with bearing grade lock tight making it a stronger option than the factory pulley.
This pulley replaces the Renault 8200251569 timing belt pulley. (The original Clio 2RS non-keyway pulley has now been superseded to this part number by Renault.)
This item is recommended not only for performance tuned vehicles but also standard cars as this can stop the cam timing from slipping with failure of the cast OEM Renault pulleys keyway on minor over-rev or on Clio 2RS high torque loads such as turbo or supercharged applications where the OEM pulley does not have a keyway from factory.
