One area often overlooked for those wanting a direct steering feel are the mounting bushes for the steering rack. Powerflex have addresses this issue with their new Black Series steering rack bushes designed to fit with the SMI make of rack fitted to many Clio B RS 172/182 models as standard.These bushes are a direct replacement for the original bushes and the easiest way to see if you have the SMI rack is to check your rack for a part number sticker to see if it has SMI marked on it, please see picture above.
The bushes are prices per pair and you will need 1 pair per car.
