Godspeed have designed a larger 330mm front disc and bell setup for the Alpine A110 using the standard calipers and factory 320mm discs. (Please check your disc diameter before ordering if you are unsure as base models can have a smaller disc.)
Godspeed have this kit fitted to their own 2024 A110S and the increase in braking performance and bite is noticeable instantly.
Godspeed can offer this kit with three style of disc faces. These designs have been tried and tested for many years.
Smooth
For people who want the OEM look with less noise over a Grooved or Hook disc. The carbon content is much higher than any OEM discs.
6 Groove
Godspeed original style of groove they have perfected over the last 30+ years, optimal 6 curved grooves, much quieter than a straight or multiple groove amount. Offers great bite increase and debris clearing over the smooth discs.
G Hook
Godspeeds latest design. The G Hook is the most modern performance disc option, offering an slight increase in bite and debris clearing over the curved groove. Ideal for hard road use and track days.
Godspeed also have two options on the bells, A semi floating or fully floating design. Please note fully floating can be heard during low speed road use.
Both offer an increase in performance over the OEM pinned bi-metal discs.
Floating discs use a design that promotes faster cooling. The aluminum bell acts as a heat sink, and the air gap between the disc and the bell helps dissipate heat, keeping the entire system cooler than the factory disc.
Godspeed recommend the fully floating bells for race or track day cars or cars used very hard on the road where noise from the discs is not a concern.
The kit comes with the necessary spacers to allow the caliper movement to be able to run the larger diameter discs. Very easy to fit, no modifications to hub or calipers are necessary, Simply unbolt the calipers, fit the new discs, fit the calipers back in place with the spacer between the hub and caliper.
The rotors have curved directional inner vanes to aid airflow/cooling. All castings are heat treated to help with bedding in/thermal expansion.
All non braking surfaces have sufficient black coating to help against any unsightly corrosion.
They have been tried and tested in all forms of Motorsport for many years.
All castings are made to Godspeed spec in the EU with all final machining done in house in the Godspeed CNC machine shop.
Godspeed are now able to offer different coloured alloy bells. Any other colour than black will be a week added lead time. Harsh acidic wheel cleaners cannot be used on the anodised surface, it will tarnish them.
