Our Stage 3+ Turbocharger, featuring a specially CNC-machined 76mm aluminum intake and precision machining of the compressor housing, achieves the absolute performance of the original Hyundai i30N turbocharger. Utilizing cutting-edge racing technology, this optimization pushes the boundaries of what's possible, maintaining the turbo's outer dimensions while maximizing power and preserving excellent driving dynamics. We prioritize both peak power and drivability, ensuring a fast boost buildup and responsive low revs.
Similar to the Stage 3 upgrade, we employ a larger compression wheel crafted from lightweight aluminum with extended tip technology. The CNC-milled compressor housing is precisely matched to the new compression wheel, optimizing clearance to eliminate power wastage. The key difference lies in enlarging the exhaust side, allowing for an even larger compression wheel and achieving power outputs exceeding 450 HP. This comprehensive approach prevents performance imbalances, especially in low revs.
