Order Processing Times

In-stock items: Orders for products that are in stock are typically dispatched the same day or next business day.

Made-to-order & customised items: Some of our products are created specifically for each customer. This includes:

  • Custom colours (including one-off finishes)
  • Large kits built to order

These items require additional time for planning, production, and coordination with suppliers. Depending on complexity, timelines can range from several weeks up to a few months.

Out-of-stock items: If an item is not currently in stock, fulfilment time will depend on:

  • Our suppliers’ manufacturing timelines
  • Shipping times to us before we can dispatch to you

As a result, these orders may take longer than standard delivery estimates.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the method selected at checkout:

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • International Shipping: 5–14 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: shipping timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

For customised and made-to-order products:

  • Production may take several months in some cases
  • Orders may involve bespoke manufacturing and supplier coordination
  • Items may ship separately from in-stock products
  • Orders containing multiple item types may be split into separate shipments

We will always aim to keep you informed on progress where possible.

Partial Shipments

To improve delivery times and order fulfilment efficiency, we reserve the right to dispatch orders in multiple shipments without prior notice or requiring customer consent. This may occur where items are stocked in different locations, become available at different times, or require separate fulfilment processes.

Where possible, we will provide tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Delays & Responsibility

While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, delays can occur due to:

  • Supplier or manufacturing delays
  • High demand for custom products
  • Courier disruptions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched, but we will assist wherever possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
