The Clio RS 197 / 200 has always needed that little extra power over the standard engine. Many owners complain of lack luster performance toward the bottom of the rev range and feel with more on offer from the engine, the Clio 3 RS would live up to it's full potential as an excellent Fast Road and Track derived hot hatch.
We are now able to offer the next stage in NA tuning for this engine. Due to the variable camshaft control you don't lose any power low down in the rev range, only gain it from around 3500 rpm and the power keeps on pulling to the top of the rev range. This unlocks drive-ability somewhat missing from the standard road car.
The fully fitted price includes the following:
1 x Set of Cat Cam 402 Performance Cam Shafts
1 x Genuine Renault Timing Belt
1 x Set Genuine Renault Cam Caps
Labour to install the above
Custom Dyno setup including before and after read outs
With the Renault service interval on the timing belt being 5 years or 72'000 miles why not look at having this package installed at the same time!
The fully fitted price includes a new cambelt only, it is possible to upgrade to a Genuine Renault complete cambelt and tensioner kit and/or of the Aux Belt & tensioner Kit and/or Water pump to complete the service.
