Our KTR Megane 2RS performance induction kit will fit all Megane 2RS 225, 230, R26 and R26R models.
We designed the kit with air flow in mind and to achieve this we have used a spun aluminium inlet base to the foam filter which promotes high air speeds. We have then surrounded the filter with a powder coated alloy heat shield to prevent heat soak from the engine bay. Testing has shown gains of up to 13bhp and 13lbs/ft on a completely standard car as well as lowered inlet temperatures as tested using a Scan Gauge monitor.
We supply this filter as a complete kit which includes the Air filter assembly with 70mm alloy elbow and built in mounting brackets, a Powder Coated alloy heat shield as well as the required fitting components. The filter replaces the standard air box and you do not have to move or relocate the battery in order to fit it. The only thing you will have to do is cut down your inlet hose to allow fitment of the filter to you inlet hose but full instructions are supplied.
This kit is designed to be used with standard or hybrid turbos (up to 320bhp), if you are using a GT28 or GT30 turbo we would recommend an induction kit with a larger inlet pipe.
