750 Motor Club

The Clio Sport Championship offer competitors the chance to climb into a very capable car in a controlled, competitive environment. Contested over 14 rounds over the course of six weekends during the year, the series took on championship status in 2014 and has continued to grow since with grids regularly hitting 30 or more cars.

The cars are built using controlled suspension, ECU's, and tyres to make the racing extremely even, allowing for competitive racing.

See 2023 race calendar here.

The base car is a RenaultSport Clio 182 Cup (CB22 chassis prefix) and also Clio 197 or early 200.

The basic cost of building a car is around £5000 to include all necessary control devices and at this sort of spend level the RenaultSport Clio offers excellent performance and handling on a small budget. Vehicles can be prepared in our workshops to this specification for around £6000 and take around 2 weeks to complete.
